Large 2 storey apartment is more like a house, it’s the penthouse level and as so much natural light. Multiple windows on 3 of the walls , including large range sliding doors. I love it.

Street parking available If you have a car a good section of the street is unlimited parking , but not guaranteed.
So close to everything - less than 10 min walk, Rushcutters park, Kings Cross Station, Coles , Fitness First, Barry's , lots of great cafes with awesome coffee, best dumplings - but also super quiet.
This split level 2 bedroom penthouse is situated in quiet street moments from an array of restaurants, cafes, shops and public transport. Excellent open plan kitchen, living & dining leading out to enormous entertainer's balcony. Must be at least 40sqm, bigger than most studios . Sun baking all year round .
The Apartment complex is going through major renovation's at the moment, likely to have most of it finished by the time you move in. Getting a brand new tiled balcony with new sliding doors and fly screens added . So will look quite different - much nicer! . Please note I have no Jacuzzi or outdoor lounge set at the moment . I have no issues if you would like to get one.

Car parking - mine is available a bit since I'm away, secure garage. There is some free parking on street and near by which is limited , a lot more available weekend and after hours.

I get a cleaner in from time to time to do more of a deep clean (about $150), but happy also to get a regular cleaner .

I am single , work full-time in Healthcare Recruitment , keeps me very busy and focused , there is an office, but it’s in Burwood , so mainly work from home and tend to get more accomplished at home.
I am also living up the coast for the next 4-6 months . I am likely be up the coast back and forth sorting out a house I have there. So there are moments you will have the house to yourself for up to 1-2 weeks at a time.
I have an active social life and a great circle of friends , always doing stuff, try to gym everyday , drinks , dinners , hikes, theatre/shows and sunbathing at the beach and swim. Love travel , been to over 30 countries. Love different cultures and experiencing new things .
I’m a little bit of the thrill seeker, maybe less so the older I get haha. . Have been sky diving and been on the tallest waterslide in the world and I love a good roller coaster .
I love this apartment , big, spacious lots of light . Good lay out , 2 storey , I think the vibe is like Melrose place, nice neighbours without the Melrose place drama haha.
I don't go out to a club very often , but not opposed to it for the right occasion.
Someone who enjoys a good banter , who doesn't live in their room but can also respect each others personable space and quiet time. I'm happy to share cooking occasionally , if our worlds align, but all good if that's not your thing.
Would be nice to have someone who loves a good TV series / Movie - ( Recently watched and loved: One Day, Fellow Travellers and Fool me once) .
The occasional flatmate dinner or brunch out can be fun too!
A good flatmate is like family . Especially when yours live overseas.
