Description of the home
Our home is a lovely 3 bedroom terrace in the heart of Darlinghurst, close to Taylor Square/Oxford Street and 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross & Town Hall, close to trains and buses. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars/pubs, and shops everywhere!
Our house is nicely renovated and has a lovely homey feel to it with a nice out door space next to the kitchen with some plants and fairy lights.

Bills and expenses
The internet is about $9 a week (we're looking for a new provider), on top of the rent. Utility bills (gas, electricity and water) are divided equally between the occupants of the house, these come every quarter.

Hi, my name is Janine, I work (from home) in the market research industry as a desktop publisher. Nikita works in hospitality/arts and is studying.
We like to share the odd meal together over a bevvie or two, outside in the courtyard if weather permits. We do socialise together but also enjoy are own friend circles. Cooking is definitely a shared hobby and like to have people over for dinner every now and then.
On occasion we hold a Garage Sale out of the yard as the roller door to our courtyard presents the perfect spot, often becoming a little social hub in the quiet laneway beside our house with neighbors and community members setting up stalls across the street. Mostly held when Stanley Street has their Laneway parties for Sydney Streets.
