I'm looking for a 7-week sublet my room in Darlington from 7 December to 25 January while I'm overseas! $1700 for the whole stay (approx. $240 p/w, including all bills, internet and a cleaner!)

- 20 minute walk to the heart of Newtown
Happy to negotiate move in/move out date.
No bond required, just each week’s rent in advance. Rent of the whole house is $4424 a month.
The housemates all in our 20s and 30s, like to have a chat but are equally happy to chill out on our own. Ideally you are friendly, a good communicator and like to keep things tidy. LGBTIQA and 420 friendly. No couples or pets, sorry.
