The apartment is fully furnished, with a comfortable living space and everything you need. Parking is available on the street and available with a permit which is easy to get.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone over 30, easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and someone who enjoys a peaceful, laid-back home life.
