This luminous north facing apartment is HUGE! It has a large kitchen (kitted out with a dishwasher and modern appliances), a laundry room, plenty of storage cupboards, a large sunny balcony and an open-plan living/dining area. The bathroom has a shower and a bath; This is the main bathroom and you will be the only one using it. The apartment was recently freshened up with new paint and carpet throughout.
** Fortnightly professional cleaning of the entire unite included in the price :)
We take turn at cleaning on alternate weeks.
The apartment complex also has its own garden and private swimming pool which gets the sun until late afternoon.

All bills are shared (electricity, gas and internet) internet is $26 a month each (~$6/Wk) for unlimited plan NBN.
Utility bills are shared equally on a quarterly basis.
We have Netflix, Binge and Prime available in the home TV. + Fortnightly professional cleaning of the entire unit included in the price :)
