FOR FEMALE: North facing harbour view apartment in the heart of Double Bay. Spacious open plan living. The apartment has been fully renovated, new kitchen, new bathroom (1) with a separate toilet. Floorboards in the living room and new carpet in the bedrooms. The balcony has a bbq and the complex has a large swimming pool. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
There is also a desk in the room not seen in these pics.

Bus access is almost on the doorstep and Edgecliff train station is a short walk. Also on the doorstep are supermarkets, specialty stores, pubs, nightclubs, and many restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished and I am looking for someone who is quiet and only wants to bring a suitcase.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of the apartment. This is not a party house but happy for you to have friends over for dinner / drinks.
