Please note this is a short term let for 5 weeks only. Perfect if visiting Sydney as it's very convenient to travel to and from. Nice big lounge area and kitchen big enough with all appliances and items. Amazing outlook and Balcony. Complex has a pool and very nice gardens with BBQ space, you can see the Harbour bridge. The place is also located right on the Bay Run and I have bikes.

All bills included, I have WiFi, Netflix, Stan, Binge, Amazon Prime, Apple TV so cancel all your subscriptions!

The room has a bed, tallboy and TV and has two built in wardrobes. The rest of the unit is furnished as you will see from the pictures. I have an ensuite bathroom so you have the main big bathroom to yourself with a bath and shower. Its a 1 minute walk to the bus stop and bus takes 10 mins to the city. A 5 minute walk to the Ferry and a nice 15 minute journey to the city.

I'm a very easy going male looking for someone to share this amazing apartment on the water and located very close to a shopping centre. It's very quiet and peaceful and you have your own car spot in the garage, All appliances and things are here and the complex has a swimming pool and lovely gardens to sit by the water.

You have full use of the apartment obviously apart from my room and my bathroom.

Im originally from the UK but have lived here now for 12 years. I like to have a laugh and socialize etc but also respect space and privacy and like the same sometimes.
