Looking for a flatmate to join our lovely waterfront apartment!

Our flat overlooks Drummoyne Bay, with a swimming pool, jetty, lawn, and BBQ area.

About the room: The single bedroom has large windows, lots of natural light, space for a bed/desk/drawers, and built-in wardrobe included. The room also comes with a SECURED CAR SPACE (private garage parking), plenty of storage, laundry, and a shared bathroom with one other housemate.

We’re in a safe and quiet area, with free parking and easy access to public transport, local cafes, shops, and pubs:
- 4min walk to Victoria Road bus stop
- 6min walk to Drummoyne Wharf
- 5min drive to Birkenhead outlet centre (Coles, Aldi, etc)

Bills - Gas, electricity, and internet are split evenly and not included in rent price.

Room is available to move in from July 7th 2024 (we’ll give preference to those who can pay rent from July 7th).
