Description of the home
This house has a lot of charm with cosy alcoves, but also great alfresco dining spaces. We have a projector and projector screen for movies in the garden during summer, a work from home space and a very safe neighbourhood. Bus connections to the city are pretty good. At the bottom of our street is the "Bay Run" that goes around the water and is great for walks, runs or dog walks!
Although it is a four bedroom property, we only want one more housemate (for a total of 3 people in the house).
The place also comes with two mini sausage dog (Tinkerbell and Bambi who are 7yr and 5yrs old) :)

I have two mini sausage dogs called Tinkerbell & Bambi, so being an animal lover is a must.
I'm an early bird because I work early hours (7am starts!), so I like a quiet home during the weekday evenings, but busy during the weekends. I primarily work from home but won't get in your way.
