The room comes furnished like the rest of the house and currently has a double bed, bedside tables and mirrored built in wardrobes. The room also fits a WFH setup as pictured (desk not provided as it belongs to the current flatmate).

You will also have private use of your own bathroom (the main bathroom in the house also pictured) and your own secure parking spot. I have an ensuite in my room so we won't have to worry about clashing schedules in the morning :)

We have a room available in our (2Bed + 2 Bath) fully furnished two level townhouse, with 2 carparks and an extra toilet/powder room downstairs. With stunning wooden floors throughout the house, a large kitchen and a leafy backyard too! The place gets lots of natural sunlight and is super spacious, spread out over two levels and shared with just one other person! We are based in Drummoyne, close to Birkenhead point outlet mall, 20 mins away from the city (via Victoria Road buses), with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Transport:
- 2 min walk to bus stop, with frequent buses to the city (20 mins travel time) or Paramatta, Chatswood buses going the other way etc.
- 8 mins walk to ferry terminal nearby, which goes to the city (15 mins) or Sydney Olympic Park
- 8 mins walk to Birkenhead Point (outlet bargains + Coles and Aldi)

About the occupants
I'm 33 - I moved from Auckland NZ last year (where I grew up) and am currently working in healthcare tech within the public sector. I usually work 2-3 days from the office. In my free time, I play social sports, catch up with friends or you may find me out at nice cafe enjoying a weekend brunch. I would love to be friends with my future housemate and occasionally down for a wine/movie but also very respectful of privacy!
