Hiii! I’m Steph 👋 I have one room available in a two bedroom flat. My current housemate is moving back to Japan 😭 One room is small ($320 per week) and the other is medium sized ($380).

❄️Lounge room has aircon and is strong enough to cool the whole place. 💨

💻I work full-time in Community Services. I usually work from home Monday’s and Friday’s but often pop out to see clients in the middle of the day.

🔎Looking for someone who is mature, calm and quiet. Love to share a cup of herbal tea and have chats, but also love my quiet time. I don’t drink or smoke. I usually socialise outside if the house and am out and about a few nights a week doing meditation at the Buddhist centre or dinner with mates.

The flat drug, smoke and alcohol free. I don’t mind if you drink but prefer not to have alcohol in the home.

🍃It’s a very relaxed, chilled out place. Easy walk to cooks river and lots of cafes/restaurants.

🚂 8 minute walk to Dulwich Hill train and light rail. Bus to Burwood outside our door. 2 mins to New Canterbury Road.

☀️ Bedrooms are bright with lots of sun. I can provide a bed if you need one. 🛏️

🚗 There is a secure parking spot you can have for $30 per week. Otherwise there is plenty of parking in street and down the back lane way. Storage space available in the garage too.
