We are renting out the second bedroom, which comes with access to a spacious shared bathroom. This bathroom is only shared with one other tenant, as we have our own separate ensuite.

There are no set rules for the shared bathroom—any preferences can be discussed directly with the other tenant.

About occupants
Sebastian: A professional who often goes into the office but also works from home at times. I enjoy socialising with my partner, Heath, and we occasionally have friends over for gatherings—but we also prefer quiet times at home. This is not a party house, but a comfortable and respectful living space.

Heath: My partner, who primarily works outside the home. Heath shares our love for socialising and enjoys meeting new people.
Compatible people
We believe a great flatmate is someone who is respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. Communication is key, so being open and transparent helps keep things running smoothly. It’s important to us that you enjoy a social atmosphere and are open to occasional gatherings with friends. A positive attitude and a sense of community are qualities we appreciate in a flatmate.
Description of pets
Ed is our Greyador (Greyhound x Labrador) and the best cuddle buddy you could ask for! He’s very friendly and will greet you enthusiastically—often with a plush toy in his mouth. When excited, he also has a deep bark, especially when his new human friend comes home.
