Medium sized room that would be able to fit a queen bed and a wardrobe. We currently have a spare queen bed, Dresser, clothes wrack (bassically everything in the photo except for the mirror) that you’re more than welcome to use. The room is north facing so it gets plenty of light through the day and has just been painted.

This huge block situated in Earlwood is perfect for someone who likes the inner west but wants more space. 15 minute walk from Turella station (that runs every 15 minutes at all hours of the day) and a short 4 minute walk to the 423 bus (that goes past Dullwich Hill Station, Marrickville station, Newtown station and then onto the city via Broadway)

The house is a free standing 3 bedroom house located on a very quiet street. It has an oversized kitchen (there’s cupboards we’ve yet to fill) and 2 bathrooms so there’s never any getting in the way of anyone else’s routines whether that be cooking or getting ready for work. The dining room has been set up as a work from home office that could fit another desk if you wanted and there’s plenty of indoor plants as the house is so sun filled. It had a enormous back yard with quite a lovely herb garden and it’s back gate opens up to a reserve. Plenty of storage in the garage as well.

The cooks river is just a short 10 minute stroll away and we have the most delicious coffee machine to make you want to get out of bed in the morning

Hi, We are Alannah and Clay. We both have full time jobs in the events industry and enjoy coming home to our 4 year old border collie. We enjoy going out on weekends and cooking home made meals through the week. We are very active with walking/running the dog twice a day but he does love new friends to throw the ball for him. Clay enjoys cycling and drinking beer. Alannah enjoys acting and listening to 90s RnB. There’s no need to worry about the stigma of ‘living with a couple’ with us; there is no drama, just hilarious banter.

Anthony works in the stock market. I had him explain it to me once and I still don't understand but he tried. He's neat, tidy and always up for a chat.
Compatible people
We'd like people who are easy to talk to and get along with. That participate in keeping the house clean and tidy. They must like dogs as the dog is an indoor/outdoor dog. This is a 1 pet household
Description of pets
Our pup, Whiskey, is such the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. He enjoys a cuddle on the couch but loves an adventurous weekend. He'll forever chase the ball if you throw it for him and will sit on your feet when you are cold. He knows a few tricks, including 'shake hands' and 'rollover' but really the ultimate goal is to get him to get beers from the fridge for us.
