The LARGE MASTER BEDROOM comes unfurnished with its own balcony facing the main street and allows for plenty of light to fill the room (north facing) - plenty of space for a queen (and desk) or king sized bed and has its own balcony overlooking the street. Large open air wardrobe/semi walk in with additional space for a TV unit area.

Again, amazingly large space in this rental market and plenty of privacy (opposite to other bedrooms). Also comes with own garage or driveway space!

The OTHER MEDIUM SIZED FURNISHED/OR NOT BEDROOM comes with a built in wardrobe and is the perfect size for a single, king single or double bed and desk. Your choice whether you would like to keep the furniture.

Please let us know if you would like to keep (to use) the well maintained white double bed frame and mattress (with under storage) and desk. Happy to remove - can empty entirely. Monitors in reference photo not included unless requested.

Will have access to their own large bathroom (full sized bathtub, shower and toliet) and garage/driveway space. There is also a shared toliet downstairs in the laundry.

Hello!

Looking for a roommate to rent either the LARGE MASTER BEDROOM complete with large open air wardrobe and ensuite (shower, toliet, sink/mirror) or another MEDIUM SIZED BEDROOM with its own private large bathroom (separate shower and bath). We're also happy to give up the garage or drive way for the right fellow roommate (though the street is very safe)!

Flooring for both rooms is tile which is lovely come summer time. There's also a great sized yard in the backyard for you to hang your laundry on the clothes line or relax (though may require tending), including a laundry room complete that separate toliet. Fantastic sized shared dining and living room with kitchen.

The outside environment is very safe, with an Adore Cafe just up the street and the Tempe train station and shops is less than 5 minutes drive away - very fast and convenient to get to the city. Earlwood is a beautiful and safe suburb with plenty of parks like Cooks river and hiking trails nearby. Also close to sydenham and dulwich hill train station (bankstown line) - former being under 15 min to city!

Accepting of well mannered, quiet and clean pets. Also willing to reasonably negotiate on bond or bills, feel free to enquire but please do so respectfully. FEEL FREE TO ALSO TEXT/MESSAGE ME FOR PHOTOS OR INSPECTION (other tenet currently in the process of moving). As much as the current tenets like to have fun too, kindly keep the partying outside.

About the occupants
Note: the other two tenets are myself and my long term partner. We're both in our late 20's, work full time and are very friendly and respectful individuals. We both tend to work long hours though so would appreciate an easy going, clean roommate who doesnt mind us keeping more to ourselves after a long day (very introverted). We're usually out playing volleyball on the weekends and don't mind a night outside in the city every now and then, but would prefer to not bring the party back home unless special occasion - can discuss in advance.

We also both WFH some of the time and may be in meetings, so would prefer some consideration during those working hours please. Prefer to keep meals costs separate if possible.
