The house is located in a central location, within walking distance to two major shopping centres and a gym, short drive to the city and close to the airport, 5 min drive to Maroubra or Malabar beach, 6-7 minutes drive to little bay or la perouse.
The house has beautiful, large garden, Plenty of free street parking.
Nice and quiet location, the room is super quiet for a great restful sleep.
I do have a large room which I use for Wim Hof Method workshops couple of times a week, it's great for yoga, stretches or weight training when when I'm not using it for workshops.
