Description of the home

Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage and there is unlimited parking on the street. It is a very well natural well lit apartment with a large living space and a small balcony connected to this. There is a small backyard with an individual clothes line also if you prefer this method of drying. There is 1 and a half bathrooms, one with a bath, shower and toilet, and the other with just the toilet.

We are open minded people, we value cleanliness, independence, sociable people with good vibes and also respect personal space. We don't mind if you like to have friends over here and there or if you want to throw the odd party :) As long as you are respectful, bring the good vibes, and are clean we're happy to have you as house mates :) You'll have a great time living with us!

Eastlakes shopping centre is on the same street and Westfields Eastgardens a 5 minute drive away. It is between Rosebery and Mascot also. It is also a 10 minute drive to Coogee beach & just under 15 minutes to Maroubra beach. The closest train station is Mascot station, and the lightrail in Kingsford as well as plenty of buses. The parking on the street is unlimited also.
