I know the rent sounds low but I managed to find a gem in a great area. The apartment is based opposite the edgecliff train station with quick access to bondi junction and the city. The station provides access to Cole’s, chemist warehouse Aldi and many cafés. Rushcutters bay and Double bay are a 5 minute walk away. Double bay boasts some of the best bars shops and restaurants in Sydney. Double bay beach is a 10 minute walk should you want to escape the busy beaches of the eastern Suburbs. Local gyms include F45, Anytime fitness and The Yard. The apartment is close to everything you need whilst being able to escape the rat race.

I’m very social but also respect the fact everybody needs space. I’m very clean and tidy but I’m not going to have a heart attack if there is a small mess.
