LARGE LIGHT FILLED ROOM IN BEAUTIFUL ENMORE HOME

Hey everyone,

We have a large bedroom available for rent, $400 per week, featuring plenty of built-in storage and a luxe bathroom. (We each get our own)

The bedroom is very spacious, providing space for relaxing or working from home, also comes with central inducted heating.

You will be sharing the house with three friends in their early 30s, who all work full time in various fields, ads, film, science and are mostly out of the house throughout the days.

We love this house and treat it like it's our home, which means we sometimes throw occasional BBQs in the backyard or have friends over to watch a football game or drink wine and play games together.

As much as we are social and enjoy each others company, we also respect each others schedules and keep it pretty low key throughout the weekdays, the house is so spacious, you'll see, that we can sometimes go days without really seeing each other.

The place is well-equipped with two fridges and two freezers in the kitchen, plenty of storage for other cookware and massive pantry. We also have in-house laundry + dryer and a backyard to hang out, have BBQs, drinks, anything you’d like really.

There's one parking spot that we take turns using, and additional street parking is available.

Located just off Enmore road, close to local shops, Enmore theatre, restaurants, bars, buses into the city right at your doorstep with a 10 min walk to Newtown station.
