- Sumptuous, spacious and elegantly furnished apartment with soaring ceilings throughout.
- Please note for full time this is 410pw (max two to three months only initially then possibly longer if suits both parties)
- However PART TIME weekday only rental 3 days a week $200 for singles is my preference

- My last person stayed here for two years three nights (Mon Tues Wed) then was in Newcastle Thursday night to Monday night.
- Would extend to four days for right person (extra $66pw)
- Would ideally suit person who lives out of city, or someone who can stay at their partners on weekends.
- Or someone who has permanent travel in Sydney but flies home on weekends.
- Located in leafy Inner City Erskineville, recently voted by the ABS as Australia’s top suburb to live (as reported in SMS 2023).

- Erskineville station (just a 5 minute walk)
- Buses to Redfern and Marrickville 200m and 300m (both 5-7 minute trips based on traffic)
- Also a short walk to the culinary and vintage delights of eclectic, eccentric Newtown.
- 7 min walk to The Grounds Alexandria
- Direct bus routes to UTS, Sydney Uni and NSW Uni as well as RPA Hospital.

I live my mostly delightful 17-year-old daughter, looking for someone to share our gorgeous home.
- We also have a Cavoodle Remi and very lazy and affectionate cat Whiskey who are very much part of the family.
- Looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful who does not come at all hours or bring strangers/partners home unless previously agreed.
- Happy to either share meals occasionally or for you do your own thing if vegetarian, vegan or fried unicorn ears are your fancy!
- Home is artfully furnished with bed included.
- Grand piano (although prefer off limits unless you are professional or amateur/student muso and would only use it one hour a week as we love our neighbours!
