Home Description

Description of the home

I'm looking for someone to join me in this stunning Erskineville apartment! First of all - it's HUGE for Sydney standards with an incredibly practical floor plan that sees both bedrooms split by the common area. All rooms are fitted with ducted aircon/heating, again, a rare find for inner city Sydney properties. You will have your own gorgeous private bathroom with bath/shower. It's only a 3-4 minute walk from Erskineville station and a 10 minute walk to King Street's huge array of restaurants, shops and bars. Gorgeous leafy location in a very friendly neighbourhood. Apartment is fully furnished except for the available bedroom.

Unfortunately the apartment only has one car bay which I am using, and permit parking is NOT available as it's a new build apartment.

About the occupants
Hello! My name is Ben, I'm 28 years old and I've just relocated from Melbourne for a new full-time job in Mascot. My hours at work will be a stock standard 8-4 or 9-5 with WFH capabilities up to 2 days a week. I will also be commuting back and forth to Melbourne regularly, atleast once a month, as my partner is still based there.

I work in management for an airline, so travel is by far my biggest hobby, and I'll often be galivanting around the world. I'm also big into arts and culture and have a background in performing arts. During the week you'll find me chilling out with friends and going to the gym. I'm definitely keen to experience Sydney's amazing restaurant scene and nightlife, so that's where you'll find me on the weekend.
Compatible people
I'm looking for a flatmate who is respectful, clean and friendly. Someone who would like to be social and do dinners occasionally, but also respects personal space.

No couples or pets unfortunately.
