URGENTLY looking for a 'flatmate'. Amazing centrally located townhouse in the most desired suburb in Sydney!
My name is Dianne and my daughter Farrah is going to study next year at JMC Academy and needs a flatmate or flatmates to share our apartment with her. This is a very large room 5x6 in size in this very cosy townhouse which could suit either a single or couple for $500/wk for a single. $650 for the couple.
We are heading abroad for work and we'd like to keep our place for a little longer.
Farrah is tidy, outgoing, genuine, very sweet and easy to live with so we are looking for someone to share the house with her. It is super central to everything, with amazing public transport. Walking distance to shops, cafes, pubs, and the buzzy nightlife of Newtown and Enmore, etc.
There is a garage, if the right person would be interested we could add that cost to the rent. Otherwise I am looking to rent that out as well.
We have to go very soon so would be searching for someone asap.

We would ask for half of the internet $100mthly, plus electrcity and gas on top which is charged per usage every quarter.
