It's Always Sunny in Eveleigh, and we're 10 mins walk to Redfern station or 7 mins walk to Erskineville station.

The house has three bathrooms - one on every floor. Two of them are brand new designer renovations. Kitchen is brand new as well, full Miele appliances, induction cooktop. Gas 'instant/unlimited' hotwater for showers and taps. Full laundry. Big outdoor courtyard. Bose surround sound, big TV, free Netflix/Stan, and unlimited private fibre internet over gigabit wifi throughout the house. We also have a house doge, Yoshi the Shiba Inu. Gas heater in the living room too.

There's also a decent amount of untimed street parking, although between the hours of 8:30-4:30 it's usually packed. Lots of spaces open up around 6PM so you can always shuffle in then.

Yoshi the Shiba Inu. Coming up to his fourth birthday, he's a loveable floofball who is a great guard dog and has actually scared away a break-and-enter intruder before. Spends most of his time sleeping but loves going for walks. It may take a week to earn his trust but nothing is more worthwhile once you're friends.
