Description of the home
Our home boasts a charming aesthetic with sturdy double brick walls that exude warmth and character, and keep the house well soundproofed, especially as there is construction of the new metro going on near by. The expansive kitchen is the heart of the house, providing ample space for culinary adventures and gatherings. The living and dining areas offer a sense of openness and relaxation.
We only moved in pretty recently and are still in the process of slowly furnishing.
We live in a fantastic location, close to Five Dock shops and 1 minute walk to the 438x bus that goes directly to the city.
We have a long driveway and a double lock up garage.
Big backyard with fruit trees and clothesline, as well as a back deck and our succulent collection.
Our laundry connects to a second bathroom (that we don’t use).
Huge front patio that looks into quiet main street, with plenty of on street parking.

Bills and expenses
All utilities are included in the $450 per week rental payment including: Electricity, gas, internet, water and lawn mowing, we’ve also included toilet paper and cleaning items in this too.

Our home will be shared with two women, 1 of who does not live here full time. We appreciate social interactions but are generally independent and prefer quiet evenings over loud parties. We dont mind occasional gatherings with friends etc. Privacy is respected, allowing each person to enjoy their personal space within the shared living environment. We enjoy tending to the garden on the property, and are still working on furnishing the space as we only recently moved in ourselves.
Sweets: Works in hospitality and is usually working in the afternoons/evenings. She likes tattoos, old school sitcoms, a true crime junkie, good dining experiences, and doing the Bay run, which is just down the road from our house. More of an introvert, she usually enjoys retreating to her room with her pets when home.
Rose: Works in the hair and beauty industry, lives in the NSW mid north coast most of the time, and is back every month or so for a couple of weeks when working in Sydney. She enjoys reading, yin yoga, is 420 friendly, loves animals, enjoys cooking when bothered, and goes to the Free Palestine rallies when she’s here.
