Our ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is open plan with a total internal size of 90 sqm and an outdoor space of about 60 sqm. Secure underground assigned parking can be arranged.
We are a minute's walk to the local supermarket and Annandale shops. A 10 minute stroll gets you to Glebe Point Road for trendy restaurants, boutique shops and cafes. Broadway shopping complex is only a 2 minute drive away. Sydney University and RPA Hospital are about a 20 minute walk away. There are buses on Wigram Rd, Pyrmont Bridge Rd, and Parramatta Rd for easy commuting to the city. We are across the road from the parklands that make up the Glebe Foreshore and Blackwattle Bay parks.

Hi, we are Lynn and Paul. We are a mature couple (ie over 50 years old). I, Lynn, am working part time at RPA and Paul is retired and volunteering in the city. We spend about 3 nights a week in Sydney and the rest of our time in Goulburn. Our schedule is very fluid from week to week. We are quiet, staying at home in the evenings, working on the computer, reading, or watching TV.

We have a dog named Bella who loves people and is always looking out for a pat. She is a medium size dog, friendly, well behaved and rarely jumps up. Unfortunately she is very nervous about other dogs and thinks cats were made to be chased so we are unable to accommodate your dog or cat.
