Description of the home

We have a well set up, clean and homely two-storey terrace shared house in Forest Lodge/Glebe. Room is available from Sunday 25th of August for a reliable young professional 9-to-5 full-time worker, mid-'20s to early '30s. Currently, three people are living in the house. The room is not suitable for a couple. Unfortunately, our house is not pet-friendly.

Our house is a three-bedroom place + one separate room at a lovely courtyard. Your room is in the main building on the upper floor, which features a large balcony with a hammock, two chairs and a coffee table. Your room comes with the bed with mattress, mirror, couple of chairs and storage unit. We've got a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.), living room area with working fireplace, barbecue, separate shower and toilet, and a built-in sauna.

3 min walk to buses to the city on Parramatta Rd (10 min bus to Central), 10 min walk to Glebe Pt Road and down the road from coffee shops, pubs, dry cleaning, hairdresser, etc. We have a weekly cleaning roster.

Bills and expenses

Bills covered, power, water, unlimited wifi internet, and "who gives a crap" toilet paper delivered. We run a cleaning roster.
