Description of the home

This is a spacious and chill house in Frenchs Forest. It is a very quiet area but only 10 minutes away from the beach and it is also a convenient location to get to the city. There's a bus stop a few seconds walk from the house and plenty of street parking if you drive.

Rooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. We have a lovely garden with a compost bin, plenty of storage space, a laundry room, one full bathroom, and an extra separate toilet for emergencies!

Bills to consider are gas, for the hot water and lounge heating; and electricity, which is not much since we have solar panels. Internet is included with rent.

The house is owned by a lovely couple that live upstairs in their own separate duplex, and they also have a super friendly kelpie named Otto that runs around the garden and will come say hi if he sees you :)

We cannot have any more pets in the house, unfortunately, and no couples.

About the occupants
We are two women in our 30's, both working full time in the local area. We are both very friendly, tidy and respectful housemates who mostly do their own thing. We have dinner/drinks together occasionally & catch-up when we're both home at the same time. One housemate works 9-5 mon-fri, the other works weekends and early morning shift work.
Compatible people
This house would suit anyone looking for a calm, inviting sanctuary where you can be yourself. Friends & family always welcome to visit, but no big parties or anything like that. We both have TVs in our rooms so the lounge room is regularly empty.
