I'm Susan, originally Irish, but living in Oz for 13 years now. I'm a full-time primary school teacher, working in Avalon, who also has a side hustle of teaching yoga & pilates.

Lover of all things fitness, health & wellness but definitely like to balance it out at the weekends, socialising with friends & the odd cheeky drink/boogie!

Love to travel, music, being in nature, the beach & the ocean are just a few of my fave things. I'm pretty much gone before 6am every morning & not home until 7ish in the evening weekdays mostly.

At the weekends, you could find me going to yoga/pilates, heading to the beach with friends, going for a surf/hike or wining & dining with friends & just enjoying the amazing lifestyle we have here on the beaches.
