I'm renting out my room while I'm overseas from 9th august until 20th September (flexible dates but min stay of 3 weeks).
It's a spacious light filled room with direct access to a shared balcony (shared with a couple) in a townhouse. The view is onto backyards and palm trees right infront fo the window.The bathroom is shared with one other girl. It's a spacious bathroom and has a shower and bath with a separate toilet.
As mentioned above you'll be living with a couple and a girl in their late 20s/early 30s. And 2 shy but lovely cats(so must be cat friendly🐈⬛).
We've got a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and the laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor is an extra guest bathroom with a toilet.
The living room is quite big and has a cozy sofa and TV, we made it a space to relax and put up some fairy lights for a homy vibe. We also have a small backyard with seating and a BBQ.
$290 pw plus bills
