About the occupants
Ryan is gay, 34 and works full time and studies an MBA. He is in the room on the second level and has been an amazing flat mate over the past 4 years. He is also the director of a start up, so he is very busy. Ryan has some great friends so he is either working or out socialising - he has them over for a BBQ once every few months which are always fun.

Julien is 29 and works in advertising and is so nice. Julien loves to work out, or hang out with his girlfriend or catch up with friends.

I have been working and studying too and the house is very much a sanctuary that is very peaceful. Would suit someone studying/working who is looking for a place to call home.
