👩🏽🎥 Me: I'm a full time media professional who loves to socialise outside the house and spend time in the outdoors. I'm very tidy and respectful of others space but always down for a chat over dinner or to watch a show together. Looking for someone who I could be friends with 🙂

🏡 The room is large and you'd have your own bathroom with bathtub and shower. Large balcony looking out over greenery and the city skyline. Fits a Queen sized bed, desk and dresser comfortably. Beautiful views into our courtyard, also has a massive inbuilt wardrobe that won't fit in the photo.

🚉 2 min walk from Glebe lightrail station and 1 min walk to the main road to catch busses to the city or central. 15 min walk to Usyd and Broadway shopping centre.

🚘 Can have an underground parking space if you need.

💵 Flexible on bills but internet is included in the rent - $450, with a 2 week bond. I'd be the only other occupant and I'm not home very often! Looking forward to getting to know you 🙂 Love to cultivate a homely social vibe in the house so if you like having your friends over or partner etc that's fine by me!

🐶 I have a dog who is very friendly but mostly a couch potato who stays in my room with me.
