It also might also work well for you if you want to live in a house rather than an apartment, already own bedroom furniture, have lots of kitchen stuff you love to bring with you (there is lots of free kitchen cupboard space) and like living near the Bay Run - its a great place to go in winter to catch the late afternoon sun.

It is a spacious home with a large kitchen and separate living area, 1.5 bathrooms (two toilets), roomy laundry, yard, garage available for $40 a week - will fit car & storage.

The home is 1 minute walk to buses, 10 minutes to light rail and 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to Summer Hill train station.
Around the corner on Ramsay St, Haberfield are some of Sydney's finest cafes, bakeries, restaurants, green grocer, dentist and deli.
