SHORT TERM ONLY - Christmas and NYE holidays.

Im looking for someone that needs a room for a short term. I'm away from the 20th of December till the 12th of January

. I have been living in this apartment for the last two years and it's really pretty place(not new)

-Fully furnished room
- bed, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe
- WIFI unlimited
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Less than 5 minute walk to Bus stop (375 392 392N 392X)
- 5 minute walk to the Southpoint Shopping center and 10 minutes drive to the Eastgardens
-Maroubra Beach is 10 minutes drive and 8 minutes to Little Bay.

The apartment comes all the kitchen amenities(pots, pans cutleries, plates etc...) TV, internet. there is a little balcony with a table and chair, washing machine.

The Apartment is on the middle floor of a 3 levels building, in a quite area in Hillsdale 2036.

Please no party house.
