Room is not furnished and does not have built-ins. It is a large room, quiet street, with a door out to the back garden. There is a spare room next door that can be used as a study and we also use it as the occasional guest room. Bathroom is shared with just one other person

Description of the home
The house is large. The bedroom available is at the front of the house and is contained from any noise that may go on around the deck and pool area. It shares a bathroom with one other person.
We have two living areas, numerous garden options, which includes a veggie garden we maintain.
There will be 3 people living in the main house and the fourth person lives in a contained studio near the pool. There is plenty of storage space.

I am a female (early 40's) I work as a digital marketing consultant. I work from home half the week and in the office half the week. I have a rescue dog called Lilly, she is an Am-Staf cross. She's very loveable but can be a bit funny with other dogs in the house (hence not other pets).
Adam is late 30's. He works from home. He is also a part time DJ so appreciation of music is a plus.
Scottee is a captain on a super yacht. He does not lives in the main house. He lives in a contained cabana which is near the pool. He is away on the boat for at least half of the week so usually less people home than all of us together.

We have an awesome house and do like to throw the occasional party, so likeminded people in this regard is important. This is not every weekend and during the week we are quiet. Appreciation of music is a benefit here.
The garden is big and takes a bit of work, so we do the odd weekend of weeding and tidying out there, and would appreciate someone who willing to chip in on this.
Looking for someone who likes animals and is comfortable around big dogs. The occasional help looking after Lilly if I need to go away is very much appreciated.
During the week (Monday - Wednesday) we often eat dinner together, taking turns to cook. Non of us are fussy eaters and be good if this kind of living suits you too.
