Two balconies, one that has my failed herb garden I made and the other I hang laundry.
There's a heated pool, sauna, tennis court (I've got rackets you can use) and shared backyard available and a plethora of restaurants. Westfields, Hospitals, parks and public transport all within a 20min walk. If it takes you more than 8min to walk to Hurstville station, you're meandering. Express train to central <25min.
There is off street parking (Kind of) you just have to get there first.
