Hey everybody. Names Jacob, my flatmates moving out in first week of August and looking for a cool person to take his spot.

I’m offering the master bedroom with ensuite & build in robes in my Killara unit, the shared space is the kitchen & living/dining.

Like a classic young guy the only furniture I have in the shared space is a ping pong table (The dining table) my desk/office chair and a reading chair… the rest of the space is to your disposal.

Move in date is first week of August, current guy moves out on the 3rd but will pay until the 7th.

Rent is $335 Pw.

I’m a young guy working a professional job full time, I spend my mornings studying, my evenings at the gym and my weekends with my girlfriend.

I stay to myself mostly but I’m looking for someone who doesn’t mind a round of ping pong with me every once in a while.
