This is a lovely, large house in Killara.
It has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms inside and a toilet outside, two large living areas and a large pool.
There is also a security system and air conditioning.
The rooms are all large, so there's plenty of space. There is also lots of storage and easy heaps of street parking.
The kitchen is in great condition, with a Miele dishwasher and Neff appliances, including 5 burner gas hotplate as well as a pantry.
There is a fabulous gas log fire in one sitting room and an open fireplace in the other.
The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, crockery etc.
It's a couple of minutes walk to the bus which takes you to Lindfield station
The area is lovely and quiet and secluded and the house is inviting.
