Bedroom available in sunny, modern, five-bedroom home.

We're looking for a couple or individual to fill a bedroom in our home in Kingsford, NSW. This sun-filled room has a built-in wardrobe and heating/cooling. The rent is $450 weekly, and the bond is $1,200.

We want to fill the room by November 30th, but the move-in date can be flexible.

The home is fully furnished + has amenities (table tennis table, robot vacuum, etc.). It has a laundry, dishwasher, heating/aircon system, and plenty of parking (street, garage, and driveway). It's a 10-minute walk to the tram stop and close to Coogee and Maroubra Beach. You'll be living with a great bunch of people (girls and guys) who are very social and love doing fun activities.

We're looking for a couple or individual - ideally in their mid-20s, friendly + sociable, and either working or studying. Please send me a message if you’re interested.
