Spacious 2nd floor apartment in east-facing, low-rise, newly renovated 70's building on Neutral Bay side of leafy Kirribilli. Building has large waterfront pool, shared gardens, BBQ area and private jetty.
100m from bus stop, 5 min stroll to ferry wharf (1 stop from Circular Quay), not much more to shops and cafes in Kirribilli Village and bridge steps. Ensemble Theatre is 150 metres. Other building residents about 50/50 owners renters, all very friendly.
The flat is too big for one person, but having been here 4 years I can't bear the thought of living anywhere else. Limited off-street parking, but parking on street is easy, and there are several GoGet pods within a short stroll.
