This is a great location. 10 minutes walk to rockdale and kogarah train stations, 20 mins train ride into the city from there. 6 mins drive to Brighton le Sands, don't worry I'll take you. Quiet and suburban with a park but easy walking distance to shops, pubs or whatever you need. Great, cheap multicultural food options.
The balcony is huge and north facing with a view. Bedrooms are south which should keep them cool and a great size, see floorplan. There's a bath and second toilet.
