I am currently looking for a flatmate to share my apartment with.
My apartment is located on a quiet street just 4 minutes walk away from Lakemba station and a 5 minute walk to Haldon Street which is full of delicious multicultural cuisine options and also runs direct buses to Hurstville and Roselands shopping centre. It is also situated just 3 minutes walk away from the local Lakemba library and also very close walk to Woolworths and Aldi.
The room is unfurnished. You will have access to the master bedroom which has its own balcony, a built in wardrobe and will only be living with one other person which is me. You will also have access to a tandem carspace if you own your own vehicle so no need to worry about on street parking.
Looking for a kind, considerate and clean flatmate to share my home with. No pets please. All genders welcomed.
