You will be sharing with a mature Gay. The house is a 3 bedrooms house on about 650 sq m of land, grass front and back, with front or lane access to the house. Only on road parking available. The house has two main living areas and dining area at the back of the house and a lounge area with TV / Netflix etc. at the font of the house.
Wooden flooring throughout, bathroom and wash house are sperate with a Kitchen and three bedrooms.
About 30 min via the M2 and about 45 mins to the CBD. 30 mins to Parramatta and 10 mins to Blacktown.
5 minutes to Seven Hills Station and local Shops. Bus stop at the door the 705 to Blacktown Station or at the corner the 711 go to Blacktown Station which is about a 5 minutes' drive away.

Jamie is a 5-year-old Dalmatian his colorings is liver and white, he is very friendly once he gets to know you, he loves to play and go on walks etc. He's a barker so he will let you know if anybody is around the house! He lives inside and outside the house.
