Welcome to Lane Cove Gardens, walking distance to the Lane Cove village with all the restaurants you’ll need. The bus stop is 50 metres from unit, and will have you to the city in 15 minutes.
The house is furnished, quiet, clean, with great neighbours. It’s a clean and neat place that is roomy enough for two people to not be on top of each other. The spare room is large, has a built in wardrobe and access to its own balcony. It has a desk and shelves, that can stay or be moved out, and I have a double bed for the room if needed.
I’m looking for someone who has a good lifestyle fit, is clean and tidy, can socialise when in the house together, and has a good respect of each others space. I’m a professional, work a mix between the city and at home, and spend a bundle of time out training for sport and socialising.
There’s a clean shared bathroom, reasonably stocked kitchen, and a box freezer in the storage area. Lounge and dinning space waiting to be used, with a internet based TV (sorry it doesn’t have free to air, I don’t watch much tv).
There is plenty of street parking available and no permit needed.

I’m a professional, enjoy staying healthy, currently training for triathlon, and am really easy to get along with. I enjoy my apartment and it’s laid back feel and would like to have someone equally as laid back and respectful of our place. I work full time, study, and head off to socialise or train a fair bit, so there’s plenty of space in the house without me. I’m up and out at 5/5:30 am most days for some sort of exercise, and work from the office a few days a week.
I’d love to find someone who I can socially get along with while we’re in the house, but my main focus is making sure we’re both respectful of each other, and being clean and tidy to make each others space great to be in.
