The house is situated off the back of a reserve in Lane Cove and has a beautiful leafy view from the backyard. Lots of Kookaburras. Nearby trees keep it cool in summer. It's a 10 minute walk from Lane Cove Interchange, where you can catch frequent direct buses into Wynyard in 15 min. Also super accessible if you have a car (I don't drive so you would have off-street parking). It's all furnished, except for your bedroom, which just has a mattress at the moment. There's a TV, dining table, piano, kitchen utensils, and all the usual stuff.
