LOCATION:
Great location for public transport into the city. 12-15 minutes from the door to Wynyard. Walking distance to Lane Cove Central shops. Very quiet leafy neighbourhood with plenty of nice walks in the vicinity.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Fully ducted heating/cooling throughout the house. Amazing outdoor area with very large shade umbrella, built in outdoor barbeque and we can't forget the 40m2 pool. In addition to the ducted heating/cooling, there is a Gas powered fireplace in the lounge room for the colder months. House has 3 bathrooms with 3 showers, 2 Fridges, washing machine, dryer, double drawer dishwasher, 65" TV with sound bar, and living areas are fully furnished. 1000Mbps internet.

We have used the rental agencies photos for the first few photos (but trust us - it is just as nice as it looks!), then a floor plan showing the layout of the house.
The room that is available is upstairs and is labelled "BED 2" on the floor plan. The remaining photos are of the room and the bathroom.

About the occupants
We are all mid to late 20's. Ceilidh and I (Winston) are kiwis. Ceilidh is a lawyer and I am a contracts administrator for a construction company. Ken is Bosnian and has been living in Australia for several years. He is a painter and studying IT security. Claudia is our resident Aussie. She is a graduate lawyer but a country girl at heart.

All flatmates get along really well and are respectful and tidy (but in a relaxed, non annoying way).
Compatible people
We don't mind if you are quiet and keep to yourself, but we also love someone who wants to hang out for drinks and games. We are more than happy for you to have your mates over for some drinks or to chill by the pool and will probably have the odd summer party, but this is otherwise a nice, peaceful flat and we don't want anyone who intends to have ragers every weekend.
Description of pets
Crabbi came from humble beginnings; a stray from a racing stables/racetrack in NZ who Ceilidh and I rescued, and has been brought over with us to Sydney. He is cuddly (once he warms up to you!) and playful. He also knows tricks. He kinda just does his own thing and won't get in your way.
