There are two toilets, one shower and bathtub. Full internal laundry.

A trail at the door leads you through bush to Blackman park which is a great spot to exercise. Buses at the front door to chatswood. North Sydney, cbd, Burwood, gladesville, and town hall station. 30 min to city on bus. Parking on side streets few mins walk also available.or short term parking here is ok.

Apartment set back from the road so pretty quiet and nature filled. A tree house. The birds visit like pets. Its very relaxing on the balcony and we will enjoy stunning sunsets from here. Its a warm, lovely home. We can both fit desks in our rooms for study or workfrom home or you could work from the lounge if you wanted. Big table and dining area for dinner parties. This is a very high standard, quality home. Price includes all bills. I have Netflix and Amazon you can use. Miele dishwasher, bosch gas stovetop.

The location is the centre of Sydney: Easily accessible by transit: express buses to wynyard, (30 mins 251), Chatswood or Burwood (530) and Gladesville, North Sydney and st. Leonards also (252). Macquarie park about 40 mins and 2 buses from here or 27 mins by bicycle. Can also bus to town hall in 30m.

Lock up parking available for stays under 1 month. If needed longer, we can discuss. There is street parking nearby.
