The room is available for 2 months from Jan 05 as the current room mate is overseas, returning March 05. The 2 bedroom apartment is situated close to public transport, both milson point ferry and north sydney train station. There is a bus line running out the front. The apartment is located in a perfect spot in north sydney close to shops and beautiful restaurants.

Description of the home
Current tenant works Monday and Friday from home and then mostly in office, so either appreciate a quiet individual. It's a lovely quiet block and situated super close to cafes, resturaunts and shops. The public transport is amazing here where the buses, trains and ferries are almost at the door.
The bathroom has a nice tub for baths and relaxing with a book. Wendy's Garden is across the road which is one of the most beautiful parts of sydney. The water is about 50-100metres walk down to milson/lavender bay wharf.
The outdoor area has a clothes line and courtyard which is lovely when sunny, however reminding that it's mostly shaded so the dryer is a likely option most of the time.
