About the occupants
I currently reside in the Hunter Valley NSW most of the week on a rural property. I am at this property with my three children on Wednesday evenings only (3pm - 9am), and every second Sunday evening with my daughter only. Other nights alone ad hoc but not often. The property is otherwise vacant so the flatmate will mostly have the place to themselves. Off street parking is for exclusive use of the Flatmate. Garage storage is available. Prefer a teacher or person with WWCC for a flatmate.
Compatible people
Flatmate must like kids (aged 10-13yrs) They are only there 1-2 nights per week and are great kids, not noisy or disruptive. Must be healthy living, no drugs etc.
