Welcome to Liberty Grove (1km to Concord West station, then 18min travel by train to Central). 10 min walk to Rhodes Waterside Shopping Center, Bicentennial Park...

We live in a quiet townhouse surrounding by beautiful parklands, low density population. All residents have access to free gym, pool, basket ball court, tennis courts, table tennis, BBQs... It is a very nice community, relax environment for resident to rest and enjoy after work.

Available room is furnished with builtin robe, double bed, bed side table, desk. You will share a bathroom with me and the Aussie guy who live in another room. I am mostly using the toilet downstairs though. Available now.

There is no off-street parking space. You could rent a space, or park in front of the house, or park on the street outside community (around 300m away). Max 4 pp living in the house.

I am looking for 20-35 years old fulltime students, profesionals or people who have their own job (not someone stay at home most of the day). Must like dogs as I have 3 small dogs. They will be downstairs only.
