5min walk to lidcombe shopping centre and buses.
Someone clean, tidy and respectful of communal areas. Someone on the quieter side (not a party house) and communicative regarding house issues.
May have to stay with a placid and calm cat 🐱 for a short while.
Would prefer 3- 6 months stay minimum but can chat.
