2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse with amazing views particularly at sunset. 3-year-old apartment complex directly opposite Lindfield train station 23 minutes by train to City, 5 minutes by train to Chatswood. The train station is only 50 meters from the entrance to the apartment complex. On the ground floor of the complex there is a Harris Farm, IGA, a restaurant and bakery both of which make excellent coffee. There are two gyms a 4-minute walk away. I have a personal trainer 5 days a week who can help you out with programs etc at very reasonable rates.

I have my own funds management, financial planning and mortgage broking businesses. I am generally quiet, prefer to read and listen to music than watch TV. Stan, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV however all included. I focus on fitness and rarely drink. I love cooking and the outdoors. I'm usually away for most of January/February skiing in Europe I'm also down at the family beach house a fair bit. So at times you'll have the place to yourself.

If you need furniture I can provide everything other than a bed. Quality bathroom towels and bed linen available.
